Embrace, bridge, seek, share

We are the Delaware branch of the Jesus Movement, called to become a church growing toward reconciliation and inclusion. Our intent is to embrace differences, bridge divides, seek mutual understanding, and share the blessings of this life.

The Episcopal Church in Delaware encompasses all three Delaware counties: New Castle, Kent, and Sussex. While we are one of the oldest dioceses in the country (established in 1785) with a proud, rich history, we are convinced that our best ministry in Jesus’ name is still yet to come.

I invite you to visit any of our churches — everyone is welcome. You can find a church near you, here. The videos above provide a sense of our community and who we are. Please visit our entire website to take a deeper dive into our story.
