The Episcopal Church in Delaware is committed to promoting racial and social justice through education, reflection, and action. As part of this mission, we offer Unconscious Bias Workshops in collaboration with the YWCA Delaware, a trusted leader in racial equity training. These online workshops are designed to help participants explore and understand the impact of unconscious biases — the automatic, often unintentional, associations or judgments we make about others based on race, gender, age, or other factors.
